OUR STORY

In 2023, we launched The Permanent Jewellery Place — proudly becoming Colchester’s first permanent jewellery company. Our vision was simple: to introduce a fully customisable, meaningful, and modern jewellery experience to the city. What began as an idea quickly grew into something far bigger than we ever imagined, and we are incredibly proud to remain Colchester’s number one permanent jewellery brand today.

We started small, with just nine chains, a handful of charms, and a lot of hope. Our very first event sold out within hours. The response was overwhelming and confirmed what we had quietly believed: there was a real demand for something special. From there, momentum grew quickly. One event a month soon turned into multiple events across five locations, including markets and festivals, with hundreds upon hundreds of pieces of jewellery welded along the way.
